Papuchia and Julian Marias Wedding Labels

Two stories of gay weddings Valladolid, which is governed by a mayor homophobic, cocky and mouthy (among other virtues ). No, of course, we read in local newspapers, more interested in agriculture. The first takes place just over a month with two male spouses in a court of equity. The couple was concerned about the possible emergence of journalists, but the alarm was unfounded. Here you go chief editors more concerned not to miss the scheduled press conferences that look perfectly human interest stories. But back to the wedding. One of the couple had a friend as a witness. After the ceremony appeared in the court room photographer, camera ready, to immortalize the link. The portrait said, "That place with the bride and groom!". The two boys agreed. When they were side by side, the photographer grabbed the arm of the female witness snapped: "Come, woman, please your husband." They explained the situation, amid growing anxiety. The judge, with a half smile, he advised: "Go accustomed."

The second story was about ten days ago. A newly married couple of men, middle-aged, was photographed with family and friends in the Plaza Mayor of Valladolid. The happiness of the moment was marred when a couple of marriages, which was nearing sixties, came by. Heterosexual men (or of that boasted) were devoted to rebuke the couple: "Degenerates! Ruthless! You are a disgrace! Viva family." All they need to shout "Federico alive!" and "Cope alive!", but just as they did. The rest of the crowd attended with a mixture of cowardly silence and embarrassment. Nobody came over to slap the screaming. A question comes to me: who will vote those beasts vociferous bigots who want to impose on others their ideas, their customs, their miseries?
