Look at the headline and pásmense. Read the first paragraph: "The institutional buildings of the city [Valladolid] meet the basic legislation on prevention and fire fighting, as well as with regard to developing personal evacuation plans. Information (the bombing!) Opens the local section of El Dia de Valladolid. The news is ... no news. The complaint goes through journalism ... that there is nothing to report. Possible information for other days: "The buildings are well constructed capital" "Vehicles of the city respecting traffic lights," "The Valladolid sleep at night," "Yesterday I also woke up."
We face a clear case of contraperiodismo. The writer thinks: "I will investigate whether government buildings meet fire regulations. If they do, I have the news." The reality is that everything is in order, with which the petition may be invalidated. But the editor (and his superiors, really responsible for this nonsense) is not afraid and gets fireworks as headlines of many ciceros. If this is the most important news of local news is not worthwhile to continue reading the newspaper said.
